These Subscription & Payment Terms (“Terms”) govern all paid subscriptions, promotional services, visibility tools, listing enhancements, badges, verification indicators, digital access products, and related paid services offered by Medsahra (“Platform”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms form an integral part of the Platform Terms of Use, Seller Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Product Features & Service Definitions, and any additional policies published by the Platform. By purchasing, activating, accessing, or using any paid service, users acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Platform and Services

The Platform operates solely as a digital publication, communication, advertising, and marketplace infrastructure service.

The Platform:

  1. does not own listed products, equipment, services, or businesses;
  2. does not broker, negotiate, advise on, facilitate, or complete transactions;
  3. does not process marketplace sales transactions between users;
  4. does not hold escrow funds;
  5. does not act as a financial intermediary;
  6. does not act as an agent, dealer, reseller, distributor, consultant, fiduciary, broker, representative, or advisor;
  7. does not guarantee the legality, safety, quality, ownership, availability, compliance, certification, performance, or authenticity of listings.

All paid services offered by the Platform constitute digital services, digital access products, promotional visibility tools, software functionality, informational features, and advertising-related services only. Payments made through the Platform relate exclusively to digital platform services and not to underlying transactions between users.

2. Eligibility

Users purchasing paid services must:

  1. be at least eighteen (18) years old;
  2. possess legal authority to enter binding agreements;
  3. comply with applicable laws and regulations;
  4. provide accurate billing and account information.

Business users represent that they possess authority to bind the relevant organization. The Platform may refuse, suspend, limit, or terminate access to paid services at any time.

3. Subscription Plans and Paid Services

The Platform may offer recurring subscriptions, promotional services, listing enhancements, verification indicators, visibility tools, badges, and related digital services. Available services may include:

  1. Explorer subscriptions;
  2. Basic subscriptions;
  3. Professional subscriptions;
  4. Business subscriptions;
  5. promotional visibility packages;
  6. priority placement services;
  7. bump-up functionality;
  8. visual highlighting features;
  9. verification badges;
  10. informational trust indicators;
  11. AI-powered tools;
  12. premium support services.

Descriptions of features, functionality, limits, and operational scope are further described in the Product Features & Service Definitions document. The Platform reserves the unrestricted right to:

  1. modify features;
  2. discontinue services;
  3. add functionality;
  4. remove functionality;
  5. change listing limits;
  6. alter ranking systems;
  7. modify visibility logic;
  8. change support levels;
  9. revise promotional mechanics.

No feature descriptions constitute guarantees of continued availability. The Platform reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features from time to time for valid operational, legal, or commercial reasons. We will endeavor to provide users with reasonable prior notice of any material changes that may negatively impact their active paid subscription. In the event of a material adverse change, the affected user may have the right to cancel their subscription without penalty.

4. Promotional Services and Visibility Tools

Promotional services are advertising and visibility-enhancement tools only. Promotional services may include:

  1. enhanced listing placement;
  2. catalog prioritization;
  3. visibility boosts;
  4. temporary ranking enhancements;
  5. listing highlighting;
  6. badge visibility;
  7. promotional packages.

The Platform does not guarantee:

  1. sales;
  2. revenue;
  3. business opportunities;
  4. inquiries;
  5. lead quality;
  6. impressions;
  7. clicks;
  8. engagement;
  9. conversion rates;
  10. visibility duration;
  11. ranking position;
  12. search prominence;
  13. transaction completion.

Search rankings, listing positions, recommendations, catalog displays, visibility systems, and promotional effectiveness may depend on:

  • user behavior;
  • search filters;
  • geography;
  • moderation decisions;
  • relevance systems;
  • quality signals;
  • commercial factors;
  • operational constraints;
  • machine-learning systems;
  • algorithmic ranking systems.

The Platform may alter visibility systems, recommendation logic, ranking systems, and promotional mechanics at any time without notice. Users acquire no ownership rights, vested rights, property rights, exclusivity rights, or guaranteed positioning rights in relation to any visibility or ranking placement.

Promotional effectiveness may be impacted by market conditions, regulatory restrictions, sanctions, geopolitical events, healthcare regulations, import/export limitations or economic disruptions beyond the Platform’s control.

5. Verification Badges and Informational Indicators

The Platform may offer badges or informational indicators including, without limitation:

  1. Verified Badge;
  2. No Accidents;
  3. Warranty;
  4. Service History;
  5. First Owner;
  6. Owner Badge;
  7. other informational indicators.

All badges, labels, indicators, and verification-related features:

  1. are informational only;
  2. are provided on a limited-review basis;
  3. may rely on user-submitted information;
  4. do not constitute guarantees, certifications, endorsements, inspections, warranties, regulatory approvals, legal opinions, or assurances.

The Platform does not independently guarantee:

  1. ownership;
  2. authenticity;
  3. equipment condition;
  4. maintenance quality;
  5. legal compliance;
  6. licensing status;
  7. financial status;
  8. absence of defects;
  9. business legitimacy;
  10. operational status;
  11. transaction readiness;
  12. absence of prior damage.

Users remain solely responsible for conducting independent due diligence. The Platform may revoke, suspend, modify, or remove badges at any time.

6. Medical and Healthcare Compliance Disclaimer

The Platform may contain listings relating to:

  1. medical equipment;
  2. healthcare services;
  3. logistics and customs;
  4. medical-related businesses;
  5. regulated products or services.

The Platform operates solely as a publication, advertising, communication, and marketplace infrastructure provider.

The Platform does not:

  1. manufacture medical devices;
  2. distribute medical devices;
  3. import medical products;
  4. export medical products;
  5. hold inventory;
  6. act as a licensed healthcare provider;
  7. act as a medical distributor;
  8. act as a customs broker;
  9. act as a medical agent;
  10. approve medical products;
  11. certify medical products;
  12. verify regulatory registrations.

The Platform does not verify or guarantee:

  1. medical licensing;
  2. healthcare compliance;
  3. regulatory approvals;
  4. approvals, licenses, registrations, authorizations, or regulatory compliance requirements issued by MOHAP or any other competent healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, consumer protection, or governmental authority in the UAE, GCC, or any other jurisdiction.
  5. medical device registrations;
  6. import/export legality;
  7. customs compliance;
  8. medical device certifications;
  9. patient safety;
  10. healthcare suitability;
  11. legal authorization to sell or distribute products;
  12. compliance with UAE or foreign healthcare regulations.

No listing, badge, promotion, visibility status, search placement, verification indicator, or Platform review constitutes:

  1. approvals, licenses, registrations, authorizations, or regulatory compliance requirements issued by MOHAP or any other competent healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, consumer protection, or governmental authority in the UAE, GCC, or any other jurisdiction.
  2. healthcare certification;
  3. regulatory clearance;
  4. legal authorization;
  5. medical endorsement;
  6. safety confirmation;
  7. compliance verification.

Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that listed products and services comply with:

  1. medical device regulations;
  2. licensing obligations;
  3. import/export restrictions;
  4. customs requirements;
  5. sanctions regulations;
  6. patient safety obligations;
  7. storage and distribution regulations;
  8. advertising restrictions;
  9. marketing authorization requirements.

Sellers further represent and warrant that they possess all licenses, approvals, permits, registrations, authorizations, advertising approvals, marketing authorizations, and legal rights necessary to advertise, market, import, export, distribute, store, promote, publish, or sell listed products or services. Sellers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining:

  1. approvals, licenses, registrations, authorizations, or regulatory compliance requirements issued by MOHAP or any other competent healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, consumer protection, or governmental authority in the UAE, GCC, or any other jurisdiction.
  2. healthcare advertising approvals;
  3. import permits;
  4. customs authorizations;
  5. distribution licenses;
  6. professional licenses;
  7. commercial registrations;
  8. medical device registrations.

The Platform may request supporting documentation, regulatory evidence, licenses, approvals, or verification materials at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in:

  1. listing rejection;
  2. suspension;
  3. removal of visibility features;
  4. badge revocation;
  5. account restrictions;
  6. termination of services.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical, regulatory, legal, technical, investment, or professional advice. The Platform may remove, suspend, restrict, or reject listings involving medical equipment or regulated products where:

  1. regulatory status is unclear;
  2. seller authorization is uncertain;
  3. documentation appears incomplete;
  4. safety concerns arise;
  5. legal compliance cannot be reasonably assessed;
  6. government inquiries occur.

The Platform may remove, suspend, restrict, reject, or require modification of listings involving medical products where evidence of applicable marketing authorizations, registrations, licenses, certifications, permits, or other regulatory approvals required in the relevant jurisdiction has not been provided upon request, or where such compliance cannot be reasonably confirmed.

7. Medical Equipment-for-Sale Disclaimer

The Platform may contain listings relating to:

  1. medical equipment;
  2. healthcare services;
  3. healthcare consulting;
  4. logistics and customs;
  5. regulated products or services.

The Platform does not verify or guarantee:

  1. medical licensing;
  2. healthcare compliance;
  3. regulatory approvals;
  4. import/export legality;
  5. customs compliance;
  6. medical device certifications;
  7. healthcare suitability;
  8. legal authorization to sell or distribute products;
  9. compliance with UAE or foreign healthcare regulations.

Users remain solely responsible for verifying compliance with:

  • healthcare laws;
  • medical device regulations;
  • licensing obligations;
  • import/export restrictions;
  • customs laws;
  • sanctions regulations;
  • patient safety requirements;
  • professional standards.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical, regulatory, legal, technical, investment, or professional advice.

7.1. Business-for-Sale Disclaimer

The Platform may permit listings relating to businesses for sale. The Platform does not verify or guarantee:

  1. ownership rights;
  2. business valuations;
  3. revenue;
  4. profitability;
  5. financial statements;
  6. tax records;
  7. liabilities;
  8. legal standing;
  9. operational condition;
  10. regulatory compliance;
  11. transaction readiness.

7.2. Equipment Services Disclaimer

The Platform may contain listings relating to installation, maintenance, calibration, repair, inspection, validation, training, technical support, spare parts, servicing, and other medical equipment-related services. The Platform does not verify or guarantee:

a. technical qualifications or certifications;
b. service licenses or permits;
c. regulatory approvals;
d. service quality or outcomes;
e. compliance with manufacturer requirements;
f. equipment performance or functionality following servicing;
g. professional accreditations;
h. legal authority to provide such services;
i. compliance with UAE, GCC, or foreign laws, regulations, standards, or industry requirements;
j. suitability of any service provider for a particular piece of equipment or use case.

Users remain solely responsible for independently verifying all service providers, qualifications, certifications, licences, regulatory compliance, insurance coverage, and professional standards before engaging any medical equipment-related services listed on the Platform. Nothing on the Platform constitutes technical, engineering, medical, legal, regulatory, or professional advice.

7.3. Business solutions Disclaimer

The Platform may contain listings relating to consulting, advisory, business support, transaction support, regulatory assistance, market-entry support, or other consultancy services. The Platform does not verify or guarantee:

a. professional qualifications;
b. licenses or certifications;
c. regulatory expertise;
d. transaction outcomes;
e. commercial success;
f. accuracy of advice;
g. compliance with applicable laws;
h. financial results;
i. investment suitability;
j. legal enforceability of transactions or structures.

Users remain solely responsible for independently evaluating all consultants, advisors, and service providers and obtaining independent legal, financial, tax, technical, or regulatory advice where necessary. Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, tax, investment, financial, regulatory, or professional advice.

7.4. Logistics and Customs Disclaimer

The Platform may contain listings relating to logistics, shipping, warehousing, customs clearance, import/export support, freight forwarding, transportation, or related services. The Platform does not verify or guarantee:

a. customs licenses or authorizations;
b. import/export legality;
c. sanctions compliance;
d. shipping timelines;
e. delivery performance;
f. customs clearance outcomes;
g. transportation safety;
h. regulatory approvals;
i. duties, tariffs, or tax treatment;
j. compliance with UAE, GCC, or foreign trade regulations.

Users remain solely responsible for independently verifying all logistics providers, customs requirements, import/export restrictions, sanctions regulations, transportation laws, and regulatory obligations applicable to their transactions. Nothing on the Platform constitutes customs, trade, logistics, legal, tax, or regulatory advice.

Users remain solely responsible for conducting legal, financial, operational, accounting, tax, and commercial due diligence.

8. AI Tools Disclaimer

The Platform may provide AI-powered comparisons, recommendations, summaries, informational outputs, automated categorizations, ranking assistance, or automated functionality. AI-generated outputs:

  • may contain inaccuracies, omissions, errors, outdated information, or incomplete analysis;
  • may not reflect current market conditions;
  • may produce inconsistent or unpredictable results;
  • are generated automatically without human review or verification.

AI functionality is provided strictly for informational and convenience purposes. AI-generated outputs do not constitute:

  1. medical advice;
  2. healthcare advice;
  3. regulatory advice;
  4. investment advice;
  5. legal advice;
  6. technical certification;
  7. professional consulting;
  8. safety assessments.

Users remain solely responsible for independently evaluating:

  1. listings;
  2. products;
  3. services;
  4. businesses;
  5. medical equipment;
  6. healthcare suitability;
  7. legal compliance;
  8. purchasing decisions.

Users may not rely exclusively on AI-generated outputs for healthcare, regulatory, commercial, legal, financial, or operational decisions. The Platform reserves the right to:

  1. restrict AI functionality;
  2. moderate AI-generated outputs;
  3. remove AI-generated content;
  4. disable AI features;
  5. correct automated outputs.

The Platform disclaims liability arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs.

9. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe. By submitting payment information, users authorize:

  1. recurring billing;
  2. payment collection;
  3. applicable taxes;
  4. applicable fees.

The Platform does not store full payment card information. Payment processing services may be subject to separate third-party terms, privacy policies, and regulatory requirements. The Platform disclaims liability for:

  1. payment processor failures;
  2. banking interruptions;
  3. payment delays;
  4. unauthorized financial institution actions;
  5. card issuer decisions;
  6. currency conversion losses;
  7. banking fees;
  8. payment network outages.

10. Subscription Terms and Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically on an annual recurring basis unless canceled prior to renewal. Where reasonably practicable and consistent with applicable law, the Platform will provide renewal reminders or billing notices before renewal dates using email, account notifications, or other available communication methods. Users remain responsible for monitoring subscription status, renewal dates, billing notices, and cancellation deadlines. By purchasing a subscription, users expressly authorize recurring annual billing using the selected payment method.

Users are solely responsible for:

  • monitoring renewal dates;
  • maintaining valid payment methods;
  • ensuring sufficient payment authorization.

The Platform may continue attempting payment collection following failed billing attempts. The Platform may modify subscription pricing at any time. Updated pricing generally applies prospectively upon renewal.

11. Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions before renewal through account settings or support channels. Cancellation:

  • prevents future recurring charges;
  • does not automatically generate refunds;
  • does not retroactively cancel already-billed periods.

Unless terminated earlier, paid services generally remain accessible through the end of the current billing period.

12. Refund Policy

12.1 Digital Services Classification

All subscriptions, promotional services, badges, listing enhancements, and visibility tools constitute digital services and digital access products. Digital services may begin performance immediately following:

  1. activation;
  2. publication;
  3. feature access;
  4. listing publication;
  5. promotional application;
  6. badge assignment;
  7. visibility enhancement.

12.2 Subscription Refunds

Annual subscriptions may qualify for refund within seven (7) calendar days from purchase only where:

  1. the subscription has not been materially used;
  2. no paid listings have been published;
  3. no premium functionality has been substantially accessed;
  4. no promotional tools have been activated;
  5. no prohibited conduct has occurred.
  6. If a User violates these Terms, applicable laws, Platform policies, or engages in fraudulent, abusive, misleading, harmful, or prohibited activities, the Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate the User’s account and access to the Services.
  7. In such cases, all fees, subscription payments, promotional payments, and other amounts previously paid by the User shall remain non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

Material use may include:

  1. publishing listings;
  2. accessing premium categories;
  3. activating paid features;
  4. receiving enhanced visibility;
  5. using messaging tools extensively;
  6. utilizing AI features;
  7. obtaining promotional placement.

Following material use, subscriptions become non-refundable.

12.3 Promotional Services

Except where required by applicable law, promotional services become non-refundable immediately upon:

  1. activation;
  2. application to listings;
  3. scheduling;
  4. visibility delivery;
  5. partial consumption;
  6. display;
  7. publication.

Unused promotional entitlements may expire automatically following the applicable validity period. Expired services:

  • possess no cash value;
  • are non-transferable;
  • are non-redeemable;
  • are non-refundable.

12.4 Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any rights, remedies, guarantees, protections, or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including applicable consumer protection laws of the United Arab Emirates. The Platform’s refund limitations, liability exclusions, disclaimers, and restrictions apply solely to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

12.5. Promotional Services

Promotional services become non-refundable immediately upon:

  1. activation;
  2. application to listings;
  3. scheduling;
  4. visibility delivery;
  5. partial consumption;
  6. display;
  7. publication.

Unused promotional entitlements may expire automatically following the applicable validity period. Expired services:

  1. possess no cash value;
  2. are non-transferable;
  3. are non-redeemable;
  4. are non-refundable.

12.6 Rejected Listings

If promotional activation is denied before use due to moderation or compliance review, the Platform may, at its sole discretion:

  • allow reassignment to another eligible listing;
  • issue account credit;
  • deny refund requests.

Cash refunds are not guaranteed.

12.7 Cooling-Off and Immediate Performance

By activating or using digital services immediately following purchase, users acknowledge and agree that:

  • digital performance begins immediately;
  • certain refund rights may terminate once services are consumed;
  • visibility, promotional delivery, and feature access constitute commencement of service performance.

12.8 Refund Abuse

The Platform may deny refunds where it reasonably suspects:

  1. abuse;
  2. fraud;
  3. chargeback manipulation;
  4. policy circumvention;
  5. promotional exploitation;
  6. excessive refund activity.
  7. inappropriate, unlawful, misleading, offensive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise non-compliant content.

13. Pricing, Taxes, and Invoices

All displayed pricing includes applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. all transactions are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Displayed prices, discounts, promotional offers, and billing information are intended to be accurate and transparent. In the event of obvious pricing, technical, typographical, calculation, display, or system errors, the Platform reserves the right to:

  1. cancel affected transactions;
  2. correct pricing;
  3. refuse activation of services;
  4. issue refunds or credits where appropriate.

Users remain solely responsible for:

  1. local taxes;
  2. withholding taxes;
  3. accounting obligations;
  4. tax reporting obligations;
  5. regulatory reporting.

The Platform may issue invoices electronically. Invoices may include legally required information including:

  1. service descriptions;
  2. pricing information;
  3. VAT information;
  4. billing details;
  5. transaction references.

Where required by applicable law, invoices may be issued or made available in Arabic. Invoice availability, formatting, and tax treatment may vary by jurisdiction.

14. Listing Moderation and Platform Discretion

The Platform may operate moderation, compliance review, complaint handling, risk assessment, verification, and takedown systems relating to listings, advertisements, badges, promotional content, healthcare-related content, and user activity. The Platform may investigate complaints, cooperate with regulators or authorities, request documentation, and remove or restrict content where the Platform reasonably believes:

  1. legal violations may exist;
  2. misleading advertising may exist;
  3. healthcare regulations may be implicated;
  4. consumer protection concerns arise;
  5. fraud risks exist;
  6. safety concerns arise;
  7. regulatory approvals appear incomplete.

15. Fair Usage and Anti-Manipulation Rules Users may not:

  1. manipulate rankings;
  2. create duplicate listings;
  3. artificially inflate visibility;
  4. misuse keywords;
  5. engage in spam;
  6. create misleading listings;
  7. abuse promotional systems;
  8. generate artificial engagement;
  9. use bots or automation improperly.

The Platform may investigate and restrict suspected abuse at its sole discretion.

16. Account Restrictions and Non-Transferability

Subscriptions, badges, promotions, and paid services:

  1. are licensed, not sold;
  2. are non-transferable;
  3. are non-sublicensable;
  4. may not be resold;
  5. may not be assigned without Platform approval.

The Platform may restrict account sharing, unauthorized access, or improper commercial use.

17. Failed Payments and Chargebacks

If payments fail, the Platform may:

  1. retry payment collection;
  2. suspend subscriptions;
  3. disable listings;
  4. remove visibility features;
  5. terminate services.

Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in:

  1. permanent account suspension;
  2. loss of listings;
  3. cancellation of services;
  4. debt recovery actions;
  5. legal proceedings.

The Platform reserves the right to contest chargebacks and provide transaction evidence to financial institutions.

18. Support Services

Support services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • no guaranteed response times exist;
  • no guaranteed resolution times exist;
  • no service-level agreements apply.

Support availability may vary.

19. Suspension and Termination

The Platform may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any services at any time where users:

  1. violate laws;
  2. violate Platform policies;
  3. engage in fraud;
  4. misuse promotions;
  5. create legal risk;
  6. submit prohibited listings;
  7. interfere with Platform operations;
  8. violate sanctions laws;
  9. engage in deceptive conduct.

Suspensions or terminations resulting from user conduct may occur without refund.

20. Force Majeure

The Platform shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, failures, or inability to perform resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including:

  1. internet outages;
  2. cyberattacks;
  3. infrastructure failures;
  4. hosting disruptions;
  5. labor disputes;
  6. wars;
  7. sanctions;
  8. pandemics;
  9. government actions;
  10. power failures;
  11. natural disasters;
  12. telecommunications failures;
  13. payment processor outages.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  1. all services are provided “as is” and “as available”;
  2. the Platform disclaims all implied warranties;
  3. the Platform disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, availability, reliability, accuracy, and non-infringement.

The Platform shall not be liable for:

  1. lost profits;
  2. lost revenue;
  3. lost business;
  4. failed transactions;
  5. reputational damage;
  6. data loss;
  7. user disputes;
  8. third-party conduct;
  9. regulatory violations by users;
  10. listing inaccuracies;
  11. AI-generated outputs;
  12. promotional effectiveness;
  13. ranking fluctuations;
  14. interrupted visibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of the Platform arising out of or relating to paid services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to the Platform during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Certain jurisdictions may not permit exclusion of certain liabilities. In such cases, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent legally permissible.

22. Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Platform, its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

  1. user listings;
  2. user conduct;
  3. regulatory violations;
  4. healthcare compliance failures;
  5. business transactions;
  6. misleading statements;
  7. intellectual property disputes;
  8. violations of laws;
  9. misuse of paid services.

23. No Fiduciary or Advisory Relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates:

  1. partnership;
  2. agency;
  3. fiduciary duties;
  4. brokerage relationships;
  5. investment advisory relationships;
  6. consulting relationships.

The Platform acts solely as a technology and publication provider.

24. Sanctions and Export Compliance

Users represent and warrant that they will not use the Platform in violation of:

  1. sanctions laws;
  2. export control laws;
  3. trade restrictions;
  4. import/export regulations;
  5. anti-money laundering laws.

The Platform may restrict or terminate access where sanctions or compliance concerns arise.

25. Survival

Provisions relating to:

shall survive termination or expiration of these Terms.

26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (“DIFC”) and, where applicable, the laws of England and Wales as applied in the DIFC. Any dispute, controversy, claim, or disagreement arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the DIFC.

If an Arabic-language version of these Terms is published, the Arabic-language version shall prevail solely to the extent required under applicable mandatory laws of the United Arab Emirates. Users acknowledge and agree that certain consumer-facing information, invoices, notices, disclosures, or contractual materials may be provided in Arabic where required by applicable UAE laws or regulatory requirements.
